The Service Express Lane Advisor is responsible for building strong customer relationships and selling what the customer needs, depending on mileage and delivery date of vehicle. They greet the customer and perform a thorough vehicle walk around inspection as part of the write up process.  Sell and upsell services by explaining the value to the customer.  Keep customers updated on all services performed. Field all live service express calls, and take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out the tasks that the customer is authorizing to be completed on their visit , resulting in an impressionable service  experience at  Williams AutoWorld. Ensure that customer receives prompt, courteous and effective service. Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have about the service requested and or the findings of the walk around, or any upsells needed at time of write up. Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.  Document  declined services and ask for follow up on future service visits. Establish and maintain a close relationship with the customer. Keep customer informed of completion times, service expenses, and possible changes that can occur during any visit.  Remain involved in delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to ensure all customer concerns have been addressed.  Make sure customer has a positive experience. Provide support for all owner inquires, whether by phone or in person, to ensure the best customer service experience. Spend the time necessary to make sure all customers' needs are met.  Learn and know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle.  As a Service Express Writer with the Williams AutoWorld service team, you will be trained to become an experienced professional that will know the latest customer practices and to be a persistent problem solver.

Job Requirements
- Full time position
- Must have computer proficiency
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Service Advisor experience or Sales experience a plus, but are willing train the right applicant.
- Saturday work hours are a requirement
- Health benefits are available after 90 days on job
