The Encore Delivery Specialist is a new and exciting role here at Williams Subaru. We believe that every Williams Subaru employee must be dedicated to work in coordination with all departments to provide a truly exceptional customer experience, and the Encore Delivery Specialist will spearhead that effort.

As Subaru vehicles continue to evolve and become more sophisticated, we feel that it is more important than ever to communicate these advancements to our clients and assist them in understanding and utilizing the features and benefits of their new Subaru. Mishelle is a key member of our staff that is the "go to" person to explain technology to our clients before and after taking delivery of their new Subaru. She is also available to our service staff and clients, should any technology related questions arise in the Service Lane.
The key responsibilities of the Williams Subaru Encore Delivery Specialist are:
•   Assisting consumers in personalizing their Subaru vehicle technology settings.
•   Performing a detailed Encore Delivery within the first 30 days of ownership.
•   Assisting the Subaru Service department with customer technology questions and concerns in the Service Lane.
•   Deliver an exceptional Subaru Experience in all customer interactions.
During the Encore Delivery, Mishelle will perform a detailed delivery, following a prescribed Delivery Checklist process, while tailoring it to the specific vehicle content and customer needs.

•   Navigation
•   STARLINK
•   Remote Start
•   Satellite Radio
•   Cruise Control/Adaptive Cruise Control

•   Receiving texts audibly/sending texts verbally
